I'm sorry, I could not help notice you last email about money that benjamin and pamela owe you? Umm, this is none of my business but do you actually think those people will pay you a penny after you destroyed their business like you say? I am not a real estate expert but I am a business man. It seems their loss, from what I can see on your blogs, 400 agents, their home, their reputation from the things that you wrote about them and even invaded their privacy to embarrass them is a far greater loss. I don't think you will ever see a penny from them. The only thing left at this point is for you to save your reputation and career if they decide to wake up and smell the coffee and do the same to you. They have already lost that so they have nothing to lose linden moe.

I'm surprised they even lasted this long in this state. If I was mr. worbucks or whatever his real name is, I would have changed my name, set up a new operation in another state with or without a brokers license and just travel to new jersey to keep collecting money from pending closings since it seems that this company had thousands of listings and hundreds of closings. But then again, that's just me. Everyone's got their own plan.
Sorry, I think you have me mistaken sir. Like I said, I am not mr. worbucks or pamela. But for what it's worth, it seems that mr. worbucks had a good thing going for hundreds and hundreds of agents. Offering 100 % commission and for what I see in your blogs, a pretty decent size office for all of you. I don't think that this man woke up one day and said "I am just going to steal my agent's commissions. Something must have gone terribly wrong that you do not know about. Or that mr. worbucks has been in a way silenced to disclose. Here's an example. When I opened my first real successful food company, I had an attorney who I hired for my business practices and business affairs who basically had a motivation to take my business away from me. Unfortunately,

I found out after the fact that this person had a history of doing this to other business owners prior to our relationship. One of the many things that she decided to do, is hire an accountant for my firm who was enticed to creating astronomical numbers that did not make sense for what was coming in and out. In fact, these numbes were so off and falsely illustrated that "against my will" of moving forward on the final figures, were falsely presented to some people that had the power to believe it and accuse you of it. Unfortunately, one of those people had a small run in with a few of my meat packers and decided to call them names and discriminate against them. Since I as a person with morals did not appreciate this, I decided to speak out which caused this person to be found guilty by the state where the results are now published on google. Sure enough, a sidekick steps in who is also on google as one who's license was revoked by the state for helping students cheat on the ask test. This was the integrity of the people who were behind "operation shut down".

Sure enough, since my representation from my legal counsel was not on my court from the beginning except for billing thousands and thousands of dollars to the company which was not being used to my advantage, instead to bring in other specialists to create "false evidence" such as placing rodents in the basement were the food was being stored so that the FDA can shut the business down quickly, instead of allowing a great business "for consumers" not for "competitors" that are against your growth and success, you basically have no choice but to feel cornered when it all could have been avoided if your in-people you hired to protect you and your employees was actually working to protect the business as opposed to destroy it, tell you to sell it to investors when there is no need to sell and making up lies to extort thousands and thousands of dollars from you. Not to mention that me being an honest and ethical person in nature, find out that the "stock people" are taking your inventory and giving it to the competitor in the back of the parking lot after you helped those stock people and thought they were loyal as I were to them. This will turn any person into a raging bull and basically not give a damn about anything other than to grab your empire by the horns and milk it for what it's worth. People around my business did not know the conspiracy, corruption, malicious prosecution, the set ups and the lies behind the truth behind the simple fact that everything was great the way it was from the time I opened and decided to force me to change the wheel. Not to mention people not caring or understanding that the inventory that I was selling also had potential liabilities. You see, when the tomato and the lettuce truck pulls up to the lot and sells me 5 pallets of fresh produce, they get paid and move forward.

But when we unpack that produce and it contains worms which can cause the FDA to fine the business, we simply have to give it back and they return the money. Of course there were those distributor's who said that the worms got into the produce after it was perfectly delivered to our lot, we have a problem with doing business with those distributors. And of course, those distributors will then turn against you and bad mouth the company so that other distributors feel skeptical about delivering to us again. so the whole company goes down whether you want to save it and support those who are with you or not.

Fortunately, this is what makes people great. Makes them smarter. Makes them stronger. To look back at your mistakes and realize that no matter what, there will always be people that want to bring you down when you succeed. It's human nature. Those that have been through what I have been through, will understand. those who haven't will only want to see their side. In the end, all you can do is realize that this is an imperfect world and a work of art at the same time. No one will ever see the painting the same way. It's all in the eye of the beholder.

So you see mr. or mrs. whoever you are, what you think of mr. worbucks or mrs. franco is your prerogative. as long as in their minds they know who they really are, they have won the battle. Because they are not living their lives for you. They are living their lives for them.

I see that you say in one of your lines that mr. worbucks might have been a mentor to you. I am sure that he would have liked to continue that relationship with you. Unfortunately, some people get caught in bad situations and if they were good honest people, this means they were weak. If they were bad people like you say they are. The business would have still been open. Because they would have known the difference between an honest or a dishonest person. It seems that this couple was surrounded by many bad people who they opened their doors, their privacy and their trust to.

This was most likely the cause to their tragedy. Not waking up one day to steal peoples money but to wake up frustrated to see something that was built for other people "100 % commission" go down the drain because of bad people. It is inevitable for people to get hurt. I'm sure they also had leases and major expenses to pay for running an operation and feeding a handful of employees on a monthly basis. I see about a dozen pissed off people on your blog. What happened to the other 350 some odd people. Did mr. worbucks steal their money as well? Something must have given mr. worbucks an excuse or a reason to withhold funds from your so called truth squad. But I guess you would only know, unless you confess on your own blog the actual reason. One sided stories are often overlooked.

Anyways, who ever you are Linden Moe. It seems that we are both in a situation. I want something and you want something. Whatever it is that we want, I will leave the ball in your court. I am not a bad person. I just want peace.

back in about a month or so, we are going to be subcribing to approximately 1,000 realtor websites and friend requesting everyone and adding comments on all their pages as well. This should be fun. We got like 75 views in 2 days without even getting started. It's great to have people acknowledge that this Linden Moe character is a real fool for doing what he did. All he has to do is undo what he did and we would not even waste our time with this. But I am guessing Mr. Moe's personality is that he doesn't care about his reputation or coming to his senses. Typical of a person who dedicates their time to dirty blogs. Ok, umm, gotta go. Setting up a few dozen blogs and a pretty cool website for Mr. moe before we launch the Jericho Email Campaign.
